What Makes Us Different?
(in China only)
A Statement From Our Founder

I created this program because I saw an increasing number of individuals and families wanting to change their way of eating to one that was healing for the body and the planet. I knew from 40 years experience that there were skills that needed to be learnt that most people did not have — and were not aware that they needed.
Watching the joy on people’s faces as they discover how easy it is to eat healthy is priceless. We have had numerous students succeed in cutting back or quitting medications because they no longer needed them! If that is not enough, we frequently hear our students say that they had no idea that eating Plant-Based could be so tasty and filling!

Educators
Denise Bradford
Denise went ‘Plant-Based’ in the 1980’s after reading “Diet for a Small Planet” by Frances Moore Lappei. She was working as a nurse when she made the acute observation that patients were unwell because they had made poor lifestyle choices – primarily diet. Diabetes, Heart disease, Autoimmune disorders and other degenerative diseases were common. It became obvious to her that when patients made changes to their way of eating, they had far better health outcomes compare to those who did not. From that day forward – helping others to change their way of eating to one that was Plant-Based and healthier became a passion for hers.
Denise studied under Dr. Campbell in his “Plant Based Nutrition” program which is run through E-Cornell University. She also studied under John Robbins, author of “Diet for a Small America” as well as the International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP). Denise became allied with The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine and Doctors for Nutrition Australia. She has been teaching plant based knowledge for over 40 years, and has been a practicing coach for six years.

and researchers working in the world today.
During the program, we will introduce you to qualified Plant-Based Physicians, Dieticians and Nutritionists. Our program offers health, wellness, fitness and nutritional information and is designed for educational purposes only. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Whilst it is not compulsory to have a Plant Based Physician to consult, we have found that it makes navigating these changes easier. Being able to tell our friends and relatives that we are ‘under medical supervision’ may help to allay any fears that they may have about our health.
